SoCo Lofts

The SoCo Lofts design is inspired by turn-of-the-century industrial warehouse architecture. A central element of the design is "The Dock", an elevated and broad loading-dock street front with a mix of shops and restaurants. The development will contain 69 lofts above more than 20,000 square feet of new restaurant, office and retail space on South Congress.
