Gables Park Plaza

From Urban Austin

Atlanta-based Gables Residential Trust and Dallas-based CLB Partners Ltd. have come together and proposed a mixed-use development on the north shore of Town Lake at Lamar Blvd. This development is proposed to include an 8-story, 294-unit apartment building; an 18-story, 185-unit condomimium tower; 40,867 SF of retail/restaurant space; and 1,548 SF of office space.

Site preparation/infrastructure work is set to begin in late August 2007.
