Fortis Development (w/ Cypress Real Estate Advisors) is proposing a roughly 10-story, mixed-use building at 800 West Avenue, in the Market District of downtown Austin. This mixed-use community will include some 100 condominiums and retail space along with a park along Shoal Creek.
