From Urban Austin
High Street Residential Inc., a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Co., is developing a $55 million, 22-story project in Austin's new Waterfront District. This project will include 192 luxury condominiums units including 3 live/work townhomes fronting the 5 story parking garage. Initial prices ranged from $145,000 to $1.35 million. This project will be linked to JMI Realty LLC's and Kimpton Hotels' Hotel Van Zandt & The Residences at Hotel Van Zandt.
As of July 2007, 98.96% of the units have been sold (190 out of 192).
