The Orsay
From Urban Austin
Austin-based Noble Capital has begun site preparation on its $50 million, 10-story mixed-use project in the Red River District of downtown Austin. The 90-unit project, formerly known as the Neches Oak Tower project, will also include ground-level retail and office space in addition to below-grade parking. A 200-year old oak tree was recently relocated to a church across the street in preparation for groundbreaking.
A summer 2007 groundbreaking has been planned.
