The Monarch
From Urban Austin
ZOM Texas, Inc. is developing a 305-unit luxury high-rise project in Austin’s Market District, overlooking Shoal Creek. The Monarch, as it has been named, will feature residential units as well as 9,000 square feet of street-level retail. The residential units will be located in a 29-story tower with an adjacent four-story structure housing the retail shops and garage. Groundbreaking took place on June 23, 2006. The project was designed by the Dallas office of RTKL Associates.
Units will range in size from 681-3,530 SF.
