I stopped by the SPRING sales office today and spoke to their reps they had in the office behind Katz' restaurant. The build out was better than what I had expected but their showroom had upgraded the kitchen counters and cabinets. Apparently they have +700 reservations in and have decided to jack up the prices. They are now starting at ~$430 a square foot! Before floor premiums (couple thousand a floor) and upgrades their current estimated prices is below.

I was pretty high on the project before the price rises but will pass on this project now.

Since we have only had one price list I am amazed how some have decided we "jacked up" prices. The building just got priced by contractor and prices of condos reflect that bidding process. We want lower prices as much as anyone and feel our product compares very favorably to everything else in the market
