TWELVE Domain
From Urban Austin
Atlanta-based Novare Group plans to build a 29-story condominium and hotel tower in North Austin, the tallest building outside of downtown, as part of the massive Domain project.
Novare and its Austin development partner, Andrews Urban, plan a spring 2008 groundbreaking on the tower, which will house roughly 300 condominiums atop a 130-suite boutique TWELVE hotel. The development will also include 8,500 SF of ground-level retail space.
