Sydney, Australia-based Constellation Property Group has set its sights on the U.S. market. In 2004, they opened up their first U.S. office in San Diego. Primarily focused on four stateside cities: San Diego, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Austin; the company has several projects in various stages of development.

Constellation's first Austin project is entitled "Star Riverside" & "Revolution*Riverside." This $70+ million lakeside project will be comprised of four buildings and a manicured courtyard, just east of IH-35.

The proposed plan includes 201 condominiums to be spread out among two 6-story buildings fronting Town Lake, a 9-story building at E. Riverside Drive and Manlove Street, and a 12-story tower at the corner of E. Riverside Drive and IH-35. The units in these two structures will range from 605-2,250 SF. Units in the two 6-story buildings will consist mostly of 3-3's and average 1,500 SF in size.

Prices for the condominiums will range from $340 to $1+ million.
