The Sabine On 5th is an adaptive reuse of an iconic office building in downtown Austin. Characterized by its brown brick exterior, location along Waller Creek, and large arched glass windows, the Sabine On 5th is to be completed in December 2007. Suites will range in size from 700 s/f to 1461 s/f, with prices from $190,000 to $550,000. The project is being marketed by Urbanspace Realtors.
