Northcross Center

Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company will soon, begin the redevelopment of what is being dubbed Northcross Center (currently Northcross Mall). Plans include a remodeled eastern portion of the mall where a new Chapparal Ice rink, Norris Conference Center and retail will reside. In addition, a new, 186,500 SF, "urban" Wal-Mart Supercenter will supplant the western segment of the Mall. The Wal-Mart section will also include a separate 5,500 SF "Garden Center" as part of their project.
