Legacy on the Lake
From Urban Austin
Foster City, CA-based, Legacy Partners, Inc. plans to construct a 31-story apartment tower in Austin’s emerging Waterfront District. “Legacy on the Lake” broke ground in May 31, 2007 and is expected to be completed by September 2008.
The project is expected to include 187 apartments, with units ranging from 659-2,876 SF and priced from $1,330 to $6,930 (average rent is expected to be $2,298 a month).
The project is being designed by Houston-based EDI Architecture.
