La Vista de Guadalupe
From Urban Austin
La Vista Lofts will provide low rent housing to the urban east side. The development will have apartments from one to three bedrooms in two buildings, with rents from $300 to 725 per month, targeting a mix of incomes. Each unit will have 9-foot ceilings and full appliances, with designs that maximize energy efficiency. La Vista aims to provide housing for residents who are finding it difficult to stay in the East Austin area because of dramatic increases in rents. The apartments are aimed at families below the median income.
