The 1.315 million SF Hill Country Galleria project will contain approximately 650,000 SF of retail, 400,000 SF of residential, 175,000 SF of office and municipal, and 90,000 SF of pad space in an open air, main street design. This lifestyle project is comprised on 152 acres in the Village of Bee Cave, an Austin suburb, west of the city. The upscale, pedestrian-friendly Town Center will feature a 150,000 SF Dillards, 16-screen Cinemark theatre, 11 restaurant pad sites, approximately 150,000 SF of new office space, 309 apartment & 50 brownstone units, and a new, 30,000 SF Bee Cave City Hall. A second, smaller anchor (50,000-85,000 SF) is Dick's Sporting Goods.

The 309-unit Alexan Galleria is slated to open in December 2007. Apartments will range from 740 SF to 1,406 SF, with rental prices from $1,095 to $2,075 per month.
