Four Seasons Residences

Austin-based Ardent Residential and Atlanta-based Post Properties Inc. have teamed up to develop the $125 million Four Seasons Residences Town Lake, Austin. This 32-story, 166 condominium unit project will be one of the newest additons to the Four Seasons' line of Private Residence developments. The project will include a Rooftop Terrace consisting of chic Dedon outdoor cabanas, resort style pool (which may be the tallest in pool in Texas) and ultra comfortable Orbit furniture. In addition, there will be 6,000 SF of street-level retail along César Chávez Street. Post Properties will be financing the project which was designed by world-renowned architect, Michael Graves.

As of mid-January 2008, developers report that 40%, or 67 of the 166 units, have been pre-sold with 10%, non-refundable downpayments.
