Designed by renowned architectural firm, Bercy Chen Studio (www.bcarc.com), East Village Lofts is an Austin Green Building certified residential/retail/office community made up of a mix of 18 residential lofts and 11 retail units (10 street level and 1 on the fourth floor).

There are 9 retail units at 520 sq. ft. and 2 retail units over 1,000 sq.ft. The residential lofts (ranging from 516 sqft. to 1,300 sq.ft.) are composed of four interlocking modular type unit specially placed to enhance the project’s community spaces.
