From Urban Austin
San Francisco-based SOMA Properties/LOFTStyle Development plans to break ground on their 64-unit SoCo project, DonMar, in the Fall 2008. This 6-story development will include ground level retail and one, two, and three-bedroom apartment units averaging 1,100 SF. The development will also incorporate a rooftop pool and amenity deck overlooking SoCo and downtown Austin.
