The Cedar Park Town Center is a newly-created urban district establishing a downtown in the City of Cedar Park. The 479-acre master plan combines 1,100 residential dwellings with a $115 million, 100-acre town center. The plan provides for a walkable environment complete with a new City Hall, destination retail, a range of housing types, and a variety of open spaces. The town center features a car-accessible, pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center.

This development will be located directly across US-183A from Endeavor Real Estate Group's 1890 Ranch project - a 90-acre, $125 million, 950,000 sq. ft. mixed-use center already under construction.

Voters in Cedar Park approved a new recreation center during the November 2007 bond election, which will be built inside the Town Center project. The new recreation center will be located at Main and Discovery, on the south side. The recreation center will be approximately 60,000 sq. ft. and have an indoor elevated running track, courts, weight lifting equipment, as well as meeting rooms that can be used by residents.

The Cedar Park City Council signed a contract with Hicks Sports Marketing Group on February 21, 2008 to bring a minor league hockey team to Cedar Park and build an Entertainment Center adjacent to the Town Center project. The Cedar Park Entertainment Center will be constructed at the northwest corner of New Hope Road and the 183A toll road. Hicks' group will also be building a retail mall beside the entertainment center. Discovery Blvd. will be extended from 1431 through Town Center to New Hope Road. Main street will also be extneded to Discovery Blvd. The first season of hockey will be played in 2010, with the road construction to be completed prior to the start of the first season.

Endeavor has also signed contracts with Olive Garden and 24hr Fitness for pads fronting 1431 inside the Town Center project. A major hotel chain (Hyatt) is bidding to build a conference center inside the town center project in the same area.
