From Urban Austin
East Austin developer, Richard Kooris, is planning another Lower East End residential project. Block One, as it is being dubbed, is anticipated to be a 140-unit condominium project which will also include space for retail and offices. The site is bound by 5th, 6th, San Marcos and Medina Streets. Block One's units are planned to not exceed $500,000 and average roughly $300 per SF.
