From Urban Austin
Constructive Ventures (Perry Lorenz & Larry Warshaw) and Austin Java restaurant co-owner Rick Engel are proposing an $120 million, 270-unit condominium project for 1600 Barton Springs Road. The units will range in price from $250,000 to $500,000.
The project, as of late February 2008, has already generated $40 million in presales revenue.
