From Urban Austin
Houston-based The Hannover Company and New York City-based MetLife Inc. are developing a $90 million, 36-story apartment tower on the half-block lot just west of 100 Congress. The tower will include street level retail, 115 one-bed units, 135 two-bedroom units, five penthouses and 3 live/work units fronting César Chávez St. Average units will be roughly 1,400 s/f and run $2,800 per month.
