Dallas-based CLB Partners, Ltd. has announced plans to construct a $99 million, 34-story luxury condo tower at 615 W. 7th Street (the southeast corner of W. 7th Street and Rio Grande; just behind Katz's Deli). The 159 units, in the proposed structure, will be priced from the lower $300s to more than $4 million for the 5,000+ SF penthouse. This project will also include roughly 7,300 SF of ground-level retail space.
A roof-top amenity deck, with panoramic views of Austin and the Hill Country, is also being planned for this development.
