Austin Architect Sinclair Black is renovating an existing one-story building at Eighth Street and Congress Avenue (former home of the Wild About Music store), into a 7-story, mixed-use building. The project will contain a restaurant, Veer 53, at ground level; office space on level two; and 16 condominiums on the upper four levels of the structure.
