Dallas-based Direct Development and Gables Residential have teamed up to develop the 5th Street Commons on the southwest corner of 5th Street and West Lynn. This $28 million mixed-use project will include 138 residential units above 37,640 sq. ft. of ground-level retail and restaurant space.
