From Urban Austin
360 is an $85 million, 44-story, condominium tower under development by Atlanta-based Novare Group Holdings, LLC and Austin-based Andrews Urban. The 567'-tall structure will consist of 432 condominium units and 14,500 SF of ground-level retail and restaurant space.
According to Novare, as of December 2007, all of the 432 units in 360 are under contract. In fact, 75% of the units fell under contract within three weeks of the February 2007 sales center opening.
